All care will be taken to assure that the jewelry and free gifts we ship pass our quality control and are well padded for protection, so hopefully it should arrive in one piece. However, jewelry in general can be delicate and prone to damage during shipping. But not to worry, if the product is damaged during shipping, just email us click here or return the product within 10 business days in its original jewelry box and condition with an explanation. We will make all repairs and include return S/H. All returned products will require your order number.
